RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you're not happy with your new item, we will accept a return or exchange on merchandise purchased at Kincgi.com within 15 days after the item is received. If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return.
Situation a - Not my style :
To request a return or exchange, please email Support@kincgi.com and explain your reasons. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Situation b - Received damaged item :
If there is a quality issue when you receive your product, please contact us through email with photos which could describe the situation clearly and reason to Support@kincgi.com In the event, we will check with delivery company together to see who would responsible with the return delivery fee.
NOTE: Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
